    2. Understand the Trigger

Every habit has a cue. What time, place, emotion, or event causes the habit?—Example: You eat chips, cold drink ,junk food when you’re bored watching TV.

    3. Replace It with a Positive Habit

Don’t just remove the habit — replace it with something better.—Instead of eating chips, drink flavored water or do light stretching.

    4. Make It Easy and Visible

Set up your environment to support the new habit.— Keep fruits ready on the counter, hide junk food.

    5. Stick with It Using the 2-Minute Rule
