Now we are more concern about health perspective, intake has changed.

Be hydrated

  • Function –Water is vital for nearly every bodily function—regulating temperature, lubricating joints, transporting nutrients, and removing waste.
  • Source – to be hydrated best is water, Fruits like watermelon, Cucumber and organic foods are keeps us hydrate and beverages like milk and herbal teas
  • Monitor urine colour – In every we observed there is a urine chart it indicates A light yellow color typically indicates good hydration, while dark yellow or amber suggests dehydration.
  • Daily intake – Daily 8 glass of a water it may vary as per age Men: ~3.7 litres/day, Women: ~2.7 liters/day
